the last time i went to the pub i tried to explain to dave and andy about my new friends. but dave just started :-@ at me. said i was a 'cyberlosergeek'. i just ROFLMAO and called him a :-)-8.

he said i'd die alone clutching a keyboard. i started ROFLMAOAPMP. DYTIGAD, i said. i'd far rather hang out with my VC than with dave and andy anyway! like, WABOL!

as i sit, sullen, silent, in the office, ignoring lunch invitations, screen-burn tears seeping from the corners of my eyes, fingers clattering away at the keyboard, i know that i represent the bleeding-edge, futuristic, nanotechy face of the 21st century. i'm the embodiment of progress! i'm the future! this is it!

and that... boy, that's a good feeling.
