Apparently most new companies are doomed to failure almost as soon as they've started. I'm only telling you this because I'm concerned about your future. Does your company run a pension scheme? What kind of job security do you have? I realise it's difficult for you to train as anything else, but I've shown how it's possible to change horses late in life.
